Manufacturing Engineer (Fix-Term, 24 Monate, 80-100%)

Dein Beitrag

In dieser anspruchsvollen und wichtigen Rolle sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, dass Produkte aus Entwicklungs- und Änderungsprojekten termingerecht und sauber in die Serienproduktion übergeleitet werden. Sie gewährleisten die effiziente und wirtschaftliche Beschaff- und Produzierbarkeit von Produkten, Baugruppen und Einzelteilen und übernehmen die technische Betreuung der zugeteilten Produkte. Zudem sorgen Sie für eine effiziente Abwicklung von Änderungen und arbeiten mit unseren weltweiten Produktionsstandorten und Lieferanten zusammen. Gelegentliche Reisen (20%) sind erforderlich.

 

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit in Entwicklungsprojekten ab spätestens Meilenstein M2, um produktionstechnische Aspekte zu vertreten
  • Planung und Durchführung von Produktions-Line-Validierungen (PLV) sowie Erstellung von Produktionsflowcharts, FMEA und Montageanleitungen
  • Konstruktion, Erstellung und Beschaffung von Montage- und Produktionshilfsmitteln sowie Einrichtung von Montagearbeitsplätzen
  • Schulung interner und externer Produktionsmitarbeiter in produktionstechnischen Belangen
  • Abwicklung und Dokumentation von Änderungen an zugeteilten Produkten, inkl. Fehler- und Ursachenanalyse
  • Unterstützung der Einkaufsgruppe bei technischen Fragen und Evaluation neuer Lieferanten

 

Dein Profil

Wir sind nicht nur auf der Suche nach Fachwissen: Wir suchen nach Menschen, die ihre Leidenschaft und ihr Talent bei uns umsetzen.

  • Mechanische oder elektronische Grundausbildung (z.B. Werkzeugmacher, Polymechaniker oder ähnliches)
  • Weiterbildung als Betriebsfachmann BF/TS oder HF wünschenswert
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, mindestens teilweise im regulierten Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Kommunikative, selbständige, effiziente und praxisbezogene Arbeitsweise
