Experis recrute un Architecte IT Manufacturing 4.0 pour concevoir et déployer des solutions IT manufacturières évolutives pour des environnements industriels internationaux.

Dans ce rôle, vous dirigerez l'architecture et l'intégration des systèmes clés incluant ERP, MES, WMS et plateformes de données industrielles, assurant une connectivité fluide entre les environnements business et production.

Responsabilités clés ###

  • Concevoir des architectures IT de bout en bout pour les sites de production.
  • Définir des stratégies d'intégration entre ERP, MES, WMS, automatisation et systèmes de données.
  • Diriger des ateliers clients et recueillir les exigences business et techniques.
  • Agir en tant que conseiller de confiance pour les clients et parties prenantes tout au long des cycles de projet.
  • Coordonner les fournisseurs, partenaires d'intégration et équipes internes.

Votre profil ###

  • Licence ou Master en IT, ingénierie ou domaine connexe.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en architecture de solutions dans les environnements manufacturiers, industriels ou réglementés.
  • Expérience pratique des activités de déploiement, validation, tests et mise en production.
  • Expertise avérée en intégration ERP/MES et architecture des systèmes de production.
  • Solide expérience en relation client, avec la capacité de traduire les besoins business en solutions techniques robustes.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, leadership et gestion des parties prenantes.
  • Anglais courant (C1+); le français, l'allemand ou toute autre langue est un plus.

Exigences de déplacement ###

Ce poste requiert 20-30% de déplacements internationaux. La flexibilité est essentielle, car les projets impliquent régulièrement des visites sur sites clients et de production à travers le monde. Lors des phases clés de déploiement, les candidats doivent être prêts à passer plusieurs semaines consécutives sur site à l'étranger pour soutenir l'intégration, les tests et la mise en production.
