Market Manager Praxen und Spital (w/m/d) 60% Pensum: 60% Arbeitsort: Home\-Office und Allschwil Seit 26 Jahren bringt Medgate Ärzt:innen dank Telemedizin 24/7 direkt zu den Patient:innen. Über 300 motivierte Mitarbeitende – davon über 150 festangestellte Ärzt:innen – gestalten bei Medgate Schweiz gemeinsam und mit Hilfe zukunftsorientierter Digital\-Health\-Lösungen die Medizin von morgen aktiv mit. Wer bei Medgate Patient:innen auf Distanz behandelt, wird zu Beginn intensiv in der Telemedizin ausgebildet. Die für die Bedürfnisse der Telemedizin entwickelten und über Jahre kontinuierlich weiterentwickelten medizinischen Guidelines sind praxisnah und auf die Behandlung auf Distanz ausgelegt. Das Patientenmanagement\-System unterstützt die Ärzt:innen unter anderem durch den Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz in der Behandlung. Somit haben Ärzt:innen weniger administrativen Aufwand und können sich gezielter auf die Patient:innen fokussieren. Die Medizin der Zukunft ist bei Medgate bereits Realität. Market Manager Praxen und Spital (w/m/d) 60% Das können wir dir bieten In der Funktion als Market Manager betreust du bestehende und künftige Partner in den Bereichen Praxis und Spital in Bezug auf unsere Dienstleistungen. Dabei hast du einen hybriden Arbeitsplatz mit einer Mischung aus Home\-Office, Bürotagen in Allschwil und Kundenbesuchen. Mitwirken bei der Entwicklung des Marktsegments Praxen/Spital inkl. aller Stakeholder (Netzwerke im Praxisumfeld etc.) Marktanalyse: Kundenbedürfnisse, Wettbewerber, Erkennung von Trends Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von bestehenden Kunden Entwicklung und operative Umsetzung von Launches mit dem Ziel die Nachfrage der Medgate Dienstleistungen aus dem Segment Praxis/Spital zu erhöhen. Erstellung von Sales Reports und Forecasts Sicherstellung der Verkaufsziele und Überwachung der KPIs Aufbau eines Netzwerks von Praxen/Spitälern sowie Akquisition neuer Partner Erstellung und Pflege von Partner\-Verträgen Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit internen Abteilungen (Business Development, Kommunikation, Operations) Dein Profil Minimum Bachelor Degree in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiengang (BWL, Economics o.Ä.)
