Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung im Produktmanagement: Administrative und projektbezogene Zusammenarbeit mit dem Purchasing Product Manager- von der Produktentwicklung in wöchentlichen Degustationen bis zur Produkteinführung in den Sortimenten Beutelsalate, Salatsaucen, Randen/Sauerkraut, Dipsaucen, Kräuter, Antipasti/Hummus/Oliven.
  • Operative Umsetzung der Verpackungsentwicklung bei Eigenmarken
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betty Bossi Team, den Coop Medien, dem Kundendienst und den Coop Verkaufsregionen sowie unseren Lieferanten
  • Administratives Lieferantenmanagement inkl. Verantwortung für die Abrechnung der Marketing-/Werbebeiträge, Bon-Aktivitäten sowie die Ermittlung und Abrechnung der Boni
  • Erfassung, Mutation und Pflege von Lieferanten-, Artikel- sowie Aktionsstammdaten in SAP R/3

Anforderungen

  • Fähigkeitszeugnis als Kaufmann/-frau
  • Hohe Food-Affinität sowie Flair zur Mitarbeit in einem dynamischen, von Foodtrends geprägten Umfeld
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse der gängigsten MS-Office Anwendungen, Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie eine strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte, genaue und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit Ausdauer und einer gewissen Hartnäckigkeit
