HAUPTAUFGABEN​

In der Funktion als Marketing CRM Strategist bist du verantwortlich für die fachliche Weiterentwicklung des gruppenweiten Kundenportals sowie der zentralen CIAM-Lösung (Geberit ID). In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen Märkten, der IT und externen Partnern treibst du die Weiterentwicklung dieser strategischen Plattformen voran. Dies beinhaltet insbesondere folgende Tätigkeiten: * Fachliche Verantwortung für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung des gruppenweiten Kundenportals * Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der zentralen Login-Lösung (CIAM; SAP Customer Data Cloud) unter Berücksichtigung von Benutzerfreundlichkeit, Datenschutz und Sicherheit * Sicherstellung der Integration des Kundenportals und der CIAM-Lösung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 sowie weiteren digitalen Systemen und Plattformen * Aufnahme, Analyse und Priorisierung von Anforderungen sowie Erarbeitung geeigneter Lösungsansätze * Unterstützung internationaler Rollouts und Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Plattformen * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, IT, Vertrieb und externen Partnern sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung globaler Standards und Vorgaben

PROFIL

Für diese spannende Position verfügst du über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Marketing, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung. Zudem bringst du mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Umfeld von CRM-Systemen, digitalen Plattformen oder Customer-Identity-Lösungen mit. Darüber hinaus zeichnen dich folgende Eigenschaften und Fähigkeiten aus: * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion, idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld * Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen, vorzugsweise Microsoft Dynamics 365 sowie digitalen Kundenplattformen * Kenntnisse im Bereich Customer Identity & Access Management, idealerweise mit SAP Customer Data Cloud * Starkes Verständnis für Datenschutz und Nutzerzentrierung in digitalen Prozessen * Technisches Verständnis für Systemarchitekturen, Schnittstellen und Datenflüsse * Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise in einem agilen Setup * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
