Deine Aufgaben

  • Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingaktivitäten und Kampagnen
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer Website und unserer Marketing-Systeme
  • Erstellung und Optimierung von Landing Pages
  • Unterstützung bei der Leadgenerierung und Kundenansprache (Sales)
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von CRM- und Lead-Nurturing-Prozessen
  • Nutzung von Automatisierungen und AI-Tools zur Verbesserung von Marketingprozessen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Social Media, Paid Media, Sales und weiteren internen Teams
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Marketingmassnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei Content-Projekten und Marketingmaterialien
  • Mitarbeit bei der Einführung neuer Tools und Systeme

Was du mitbringst

Must-have

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Wirtschaft, Medien oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing
  • Gutes Verständnis für moderne Marketingkanäle und Customer Journeys
  • Interesse an neuen Technologien, AI und Automatisierung
  • Erfahrung mit Websites, CMS-, CRM- oder Marketing-Tools ist von Vorteil
  • Analytische und gleichzeitig kreative Denkweise
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

Erfahrung in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche ist ein Plus:
