Als RATIONAL Marketing Manager sind Sie für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung zielgruppenspezifischer Marketingkonzepte und Kommunikationsmittel für die europäischen Partnermärkte verantwortlich. In dieser Position arbeiten Sie sowohl selbstständig als auch als Mitglied eines vielfältigen Teams.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich - Analyse länderspezifischer Märkte und Zielgruppen zur Identifikation von Trends sowie entsprechende Umsetzung zentral entwickelter Marketinginstrumente - Entwicklung lokaler digitaler Kommunikationsmaßnahmen im Rahmen der globalen Digitalstrategie - Weiterentwicklung der Marketingautomatisierung innerhalb der Region - Weiterentwicklung des Customer Lifecycle Journey Managements - Koordination der lokalen Mediaplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit den Market Managern - Konzeption und Durchführung von Schulungen für lokale Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte - Fachliche Führung der regionalen Marketingressourcen - Auswahl geeigneter Messen zur Unterstützung unserer Partner sowie deren Planung und Organisation gemeinsam mit den Market Managern - Erstellung und Betreuung von Berichten und Statistiken sowie jährliche Planung und Kontrolle des Marketingbudgets in enger Abstimmung mit dem Director Partner Markets Europe - Steuerung von Marketingprojekten durch zielorientiertes Projektmanagement - Koordination und Sicherstellung des Best-Practice-Austauschs zu allen Marketingthemen in den Partnermärkten - Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der Strategie der Partnerregionen - Enge Zusammenarbeit und starke Vernetzung mit dem zentralen Marketing

Ihr Profil - Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder des Marketings - Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing erklärungsbedürftiger Produkte oder in vergleichbaren Bereichen - Innovationsfähigkeit sowie proaktives Denken und Handeln - Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung - Sehr gute Vorkenntnisse im Bereich Digital Marketing - Hohe Affinität zum Social Media Management - Erfahrung im Vertrieb, in einem internationalen Umfeld und im Projektmanagement - Strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken, verbunden mit einer ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität und guten konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten - Sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten auf allen Ebenen - Überzeugende Präsentationsfähigkeiten - Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil - Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas (ca. 30-50 %)
