Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Verantwortlich für das Umrüsten, Einfahren und Optimieren der Produktionsanlagen
  • Überwachung der Produktionsläufe und Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
  • Erfassung und Pflege wichtiger Betriebs- und Maschinendaten (z. B. Parameterstandards, Schichtberichte)
  • Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen und Unterhaltsarbeiten an Maschinen und Werkzeugen
  • Entwicklung und Pflege von Trainingsunterlagen für Kolleginnen und Kollegen
  • Schulung und Instruktion von Produktionsmitarbeitenden an den Anlagen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Verbesserung von Prozessen und Anlagenparametern

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre im technischen Bereich (z. B. Polymechaniker, Land- oder Baumaschinenmechaniker, Anlageführer, usw.)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem Produktionsbetrieb mit Betreuung und Wartung von Produktionsanlagen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft für Schichtarbeit (wöchentlicher Wechsel Früh-/Spätschicht) und gelegentliche Samstagseinsätze
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint)
  • Hygiene- und GMP-Bewusstsein
  • Analytische und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Freude an Teamarbeit, Wissenstransfer und selbstständiger Organisation
