Als Master Key User bist du Dreh- und Angelpunkt, um unsere Finanzprozesse über Ländergrenzen hinweg weiterzuentwickeln und nachhaltig zu harmonisieren.

Deine Aufgaben:

*Prozess-Architektur: Du gestaltest und vereinheitlichst die SAP FI/CO-Module gruppenweit und stellst sicher, dass unsere Systeme optimal auf die Bedürfnisse der Landesgesellschaften abgestimmt sind *Standardisierung: Die Entwicklung globaler Richtlinien und Best Practices liegt in deiner Hand, um konzernweit für maximale Transparenz und Effizienz zu sorgen *Business Partnering: Als zentraler Ansprechpartner schlägst du die Brücke zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und den lokalen Finanzteams *Support & Training: Du befähigst die lokalen Key User durch gezielte Schulungen (DE/EN) und fungierst als kompetenter 1st Level Support bei komplexen Fragestellungen, zusätzlich fungierst du als Schnittstelle zwischen 1st und 2nd Level Support *Projektleitung: Spannende SAP FI/CO Roll-outs in Ländern wie Italien, den Niederlanden oder UK sowie der Aufbau moderner Controlling- und Analyse-Tools (z.B. BI, -Profitcenterrechnungen etc.) prägen deine Agenda für die kommenden Jahre *Konsolidierung: Du begleitest gruppenweite Konsolidierungsprozesse, stellst eine konsistente Datenbasis sicher und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung der entsprechenden Prozesse und Systemlösungen, beispielsweise Jedox

Das bringst du mit:

*SAP FI/CO-Expertise: Du verfügst über fundierte und mehrjährige Erfahrung mit SAP FI/CO - idealerweise als Key User, Master Key User oder in einer vergleichbaren fachnahen Funktion. Dein Fokus liegt dabei auf Prozessen und deren Weiterentwicklung; tiefgreifende Programmier- oder Customizing-Kenntnisse setzen wir nicht voraus *Zahlen-Affinität: Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für finanzwirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge, Analysen und Kennzahlen. Du musst kein klassischer Controller sein - entscheidend ist, dass du dich sicher in der Welt der Zahlen bewegst und Finance-Prozesse fachlich verstehst *Konsolidierung & Reporting: Du kennst dich mit Konsolidierungs-, Planungs- und Reportingprozessen aus und hast idealerweise bereits mit entsprechenden BI- oder Performance-Management Lösungen wie beispielsweise Jedox gearbeitet *Analytischer Scharfsinn: Komplexe Geschäftsprozesse zu durchdringen und in smarte Systemlösungen zu übersetzen, bereitet dir Freude *Internationaler Spirit: Da wir global agieren, sind verhandlungssicher Englischkenntnisse und Freude an der interkulturellen Zusammenarbeit für dich selbstverständlich *Macher Mentalität: Du bringst die nötige Veränderungsbereitschaft mit, um neue Standards nicht nur einzuführen, sondern auch nachhaltig im Unternehmen zu verankern Projekt-Erfahrung: Du verfügst über fundierte Projektmanagement-Erfahrung und bist es gewohnt, komplexe Projekte und unterschiedliche Stakeholder strukturiert zu koordinieren
