MASTER PLANNER (m/w/d) - 100% 

Als Master Planner übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der Abstimmung von Kundenbedarfen mit Produktionskapazitäten. Sie sorgen für reibungslose Abläufe, termingerechte Lieferungen und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen. Diese Position bietet eine spannende Mischung aus operativer Planung, Performance-Analyse und strategischer Koordination - ideal für Personen mit Leidenschaft für Supply Chain Management. 

Standort: Raron (VS) 

Vertragsart: unbefristet 

Vertragsstart: per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung 

DAS SIND IHRE AUFGABEN: 

  • Erstellung & Pflege des MPS: Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Aktualisierung des Master Production Schedule unter Berücksichtigung von Kundenbedarf, Kapazitäten und Materialverfügbarkeit sowie Integration ins ERP-System inkl. Einkaufsbedarfen.
  • Kapazitäts- und Machbarkeitsplanung: Verantwortung für Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) im S&OP-Prozess und Sicherstellung, dass der Produktionsplan realistisch und zu 100-% umsetzbar ist.
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Abstimmung: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Einkauf, Produktion und Supply Chain zur Sicherstellung einer integrierten und realistischen Planung.
  • Monitoring & Optimierung: Analyse von Bedarfs-, Material- und Kapazitätsdaten, Identifikation von Engpässen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Optimierung von Auslastung, Priorisierung und Losgrössen.
  • Prozess-, KPI- und Datenmanagement: Weiterentwicklung von Planungsprozessen und Tools, Sicherstellung von Datenqualität (BOM, Stammdaten), KPI-Reporting sowie Einhaltung von Lieferterminen und Service-Level-Zielen inklusive EOL-Management

* Studium: Supply Chain Operations, Logistik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarer Bereich.  

* Zertifizierungen: APICS CPIM oder ähnliche Qualifikationen im Bereich Planung sind von Vorteil.  

* Systemkenntnisse: Erfahrung mit SAP, Kinaxis RapidResponse und Microsoft 365 Anwendungen.  

* Kompetenzen: Analytisches Denken, Kommunikationsstärke und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise.
