Wir sind ein kleines, engagiertes Team mit viel Herz, Leidenschaft und Verantwortung. Für unsere Geschäftskunden und die Technik in Rösterei & Cafés suchen wir eine neue Persönlichkeit, die mit uns gemeinsam wächst – als Servicetechniker im Herzen unseres Betriebs.

Egal ob du frisch aus der Lehre kommst oder schon Jahre in der Werkstatt stehst – bei uns zählst du.

Darum geht es Hinter jedem guten Kaffee steht eine Maschine, die läuft. Du sorgst dafür.

Du wartest, reparierst und installierst die Kaffeemaschinen unserer Geschäftskunden – die eine Hälfte der Zeit in der Werkstatt, ein bis zwei Tage pro Woche unterwegs beim Kunden. Dazu kommen die Projekte: neue Produktionsmittel in der Rösterei aufbauen, ein Kaffeehaus technisch einrichten, Dinge bauen, die es vorher nicht gab.

Und wir reparieren, statt zu ersetzen. Eine Maschine, die anderswo entsorgt würde, läuft bei uns weiter. Das ist nicht nur günstiger – es ist einer der Gründe, warum wir B Corp sind.

Das bringst du mit (oder bist bereit, dich dort hin zu entwickeln): * Du bist Problemlöser durch und durch – ein Fehler, den keiner findet, lässt dich nicht los * Du arbeitest sauber und strukturiert und dokumentierst, was du getan hast * Du übernimmst Verantwortung, denkst mit und packst gerne mit an * Beim Kunden trittst du freundlich auf und erklärst so, dass es jeder versteht * Du tickst menschlich: Ehrlichkeit, Respekt und echtes Miteinander sind dir wichtig * Du liebst Qualität – in der Maschine, im Service, im Umgang miteinander * Führerausweis Kategorie B für die Einsätze vor Ort

Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung bringst du mit – ob Automechaniker, Velomechaniker, Motorradmechaniker, Polymechaniker, Konstrukteur oder etwas Verwandtes, ist uns egal.
