Stellenbeschreibung ##

Als Mechaniker/in für Spritzgussmaschinen sind Sie ein entscheidendes Mitglied des Produktionsteams, das für die Wartung und Instandhaltung der Maschinen verantwortlich ist.

  • Ihre Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, die Funktionsfähigkeit der Spritzgussmaschinen und der dazugehörigen Handlinggeräte sicherzustellen.
  • Sie führen regelmäßige Wartungsarbeiten durch und sind für die Fehlersuche sowie die Behebung von Störungen zuständig, um einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf zu garantieren.
  • Darüber hinaus organisieren Sie Maschinenumzüge und unterstützen bei der Inbetriebnahme neuer Anlagen.
  • Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Technikern ist ein zentraler Bestandteil Ihrer Tätigkeit, um die Produktionsprozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
  • Sie bringen Ihre Ideen ein, um innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln und tragen so zur Optimierung der Abläufe bei.

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechaniker oder Mechatroniker und bringen Erfahrung im Unterhalt von Spritzgussmaschinen mit, insbesondere von Herstellern wie Arburg, Netstal und Engel.
  • Ihre selbständige, präzise und saubere Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus.
  • Sie sind teamorientiert und denken vernetzt, was Ihnen hilft, in einem dynamischen Umfeld erfolgreich zu agieren.
  • Ihre Fähigkeit, Probleme schnell zu identifizieren und Lösungen zu finden, ist für die Effizienz unserer Produktionsprozesse von großer Bedeutung.
