Als Mechaniker Instandhaltung sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere Produktionsanlagen und Betriebseinrichtungen zuverlässig und effizient arbeiten. Dabei erwarten Dich abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben, moderne Technik und die Möglichkeit, eigene Ideen einzubringen.

Deine Aufgaben

Durchführung von Wartungs-, Inspektions- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Produktionsanlagen im 2-Schichtbetrieb Analyse und Behebung von mechanischen, pneumatischen, hydraulischen und einfachen elektrischen Störungen Durchführung von Reparaturen sowie Sicherstellung einer schnellen Wiederinbetriebnahme Herstellung und Anpassung von Ersatzteilen, Vorrichtungen und Hilfsmitteln mittels konventionellem Drehen und Fräsen Unterstützung bei Anlagenoptimierungen, Umbauten und Inbetriebnahmen Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten sowie Pflege des Ersatzteillagers Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Engineering und externen Partnern Das bringst Du mit

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Produktionsmechaniker, Polymechaniker, Mechaniker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Produktionsanlagen von Vorteil Gute Kenntnisse in Mechanik sowie idealerweise in Pneumatik, Hydraulik und Elektrotechnik Erfahrung im konventionellen Drehen und Fräsen von Vorteil Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CNC-Maschinen von Vorteil Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Bereitschaft für den 2-Schichtbetrieb Das erwartet Dich
