Suchst du nach einer spannenden Tätigkeit im ambulanten Setting? Für unser Team Praxen am Standort Europaallee suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit.

Aufgaben ##

  • Du betreust die Patient\*innen in allen Fachdisziplinen vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt.
  • Du arbeitest im Tandem mit dem ärztlichen Personal in der Sprechstunde.
  • Du koordinierst das Sprechstundenmanagement mit Telefon- und Mailservice und bist Ansprechperson für interne und externe Zuweisende.
  • Du bist für das Labormanagement, die Apotheken- und Materialbewirtschaftung mitverantwortlich.
  • Du assistierst bei kleineren, dermatochirurgischen Eingriffen im Praxis-OP und im Laserraum.
  • Du übernimmst die Pflege und Versorgung der Patient\*innen in der Therapiestrasse.
  • Du führst allergologische Testungen und Therapien durch.

Profil ##

  • Ausbildung als med. Praxisassistent\*in (MPA) EFZ oder Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
  • Mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Talent für die Organisation eines Sprechstundentages sowie eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Administrative Fähigkeiten und versierter Umgang mit den PC-Anwendungen MS Office und Kisim
  • Sehr gute deutsche Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit sowie eine dienstleistungsorientierte und patient\*innenzentrierte Arbeitseinstellung

Das Ambulante Zentrum des Stadtspitals Zürich an der Europaallee ist der neuste, auf die ambulante Medizin ausgerichtete, Standort des Stadtspitals Zürich. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein multifunktionaler Operationstrakt mit zwei OP-Sälen und einer grosszügigen Tagesklinik. Im ersten Obergeschoss, in den Praxen, betreiben wir eine hochmoderne Etage mit einem interdisziplinären Sprechstundenangebot. Nebst dem Institut der Dermatologie und der Venerologie bieten die medizinischen Disziplinen Ophthalmologie, Gynäkologie, Handchirurgie, Urologie, Proktologie, Allgemeine Chirurgie und Ernährungsberatung Sprechstunden an. Ebenso umfasst der Bereich eine Therapiestrasse, einen Praxis-OP, Laserbehandlungen und die allergologische Diagnostik.
