**DEINE AUFGABEN**

* Als erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Patientinnen und Patienten sorgst du maßgeblich für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Praxisalltag * Mit Organisationstalent und Einfühlungsvermögen gehst du individuell auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Patientinnen und Patienten ein -- von der Terminplanung bis zur persönlichen Betreuung vor, während und nach den Untersuchungen * Du unterstützt aktiv unsere Sportärztinnen und -ärzte bei Konsultationen sowie bei diagnostischen Tests * Du bist eine wichtige Ansprechperson für unsere Physiotherapeutinnen und Physiotherapeuten und unterstützt sie bei ihrem täglichen Ablauf * Die eigenständige Durchführung verschiedener Untersuchungen -- wie z. B. EKG oder Lungenfunktionstests -- rundet deinen abwechslungsreichen Alltag ab * Zusätzlich übernimmst du wichtige administrative und digitale Aufgaben, wie die Pflege von Patientendaten, die Organisation von Abläufen im Praxismanagementsystem sowie die Sicherstellung einer effizienten digitalen Dokumentation

**DEIN PROFIL**

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Praxisassistentin / Medizinischer Praxisassistent (MPA) * Ein ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsverständnis sowie eine hohe Belastbarkeit zeichnen dich aus * Deine Arbeitsweise ist effizient, strukturiert und geprägt von Organisationstalent und einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe * Der direkte und telefonische Kontakt mit Patientinnen und Patienten bereitet dir Freude * Du arbeitest sehr effizient im administrativen Bereich und verfügst über einen sicheren Umgang mit digitalen Systemen und Praxissoftware
