TES TÂCHES

  • Tu accueilles chaleureusement nos patient(e)s et les accompagnes du premier appel jusqu-au rendez-vous de suivi
  • Tu organises les consultations et rendez-vous et es l-interface avec les médecins, les départements spécialisés et les partenaires externes
  • Tu tiens les dossiers patients, enregistres les prestations et prépares la facturation
  • Tu assistes nos médecins lors des prises de sang, ECG, changements de pansements et petites interventions
  • Tu veilles à ce que les salles de traitement et les appareils soient prêts à l-emploi et commandes le matériel
  • Tu t-impliques dans les questions de qualité, les projets et les événements et aides à faire évoluer nos processus

TON PROFIL

  • Tu disposes d-une formation d-assistant(e) médical(e) diplômé(e) et as idéalement suivi une formation complémentaire
  • Tu as de l-expérience dans un hôpital aigu ou un cabinet médical, de préférence aussi à l-accueil des patient(e)s et dans l-administration de cabinet
  • Tu gardes la tête froide même dans les moments de stress et adoptes une approche orientée solutions
  • Tu maîtrises Windows et Office et parles et écris parfaitement l-allemand
  • Tu es aimable, empathique avec les personnes et traites les informations sensibles avec discrétion
  • Tu travailles de manière autonome et fiable et es prêt(e) à intervenir en dehors des heures d-ouverture, par exemple lors d-événements sportifs ou d-ateliers
