  • Sie gestalten die interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit in der Anästhesiesprechstunde und sorgen gemeinsam mit dem Team für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
  • Sie übernehmen die administrative und organisatorische Betreuung der Patientinnen und Patienten - von der Vorbereitung bis zur Nachbearbeitung der Sprechstunde
  • Sie begleiten, informieren und betreuen die Patientinnen und Patienten während des gesamten Sprechstundenprozesses mit Empathie und Fachkompetenz
  • Sie führen diagnostische Massnahmen wie Blutentnahmen oder EKGs fachgerecht durch und tragen so zur optimalen Patientenversorgung bei
  • Sie stellen die korrekte Leistungserfassung sicher und leiten bei Bedarf notwendige Korrekturen ein

Das bringen Sie mit ###

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Praxisassistentin / Medizinischer Praxisassistent (MPA) mit mindestens einem Jahr Berufserfahrung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in administrativen Tätigkeiten
  • Hohe Organisations- und Sozialkompetenz kombiniert mit der Fähigkeit, interdisziplinär und serviceorientiert mit verschiedenen Berufsgruppen zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Eine selbständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in klinikspezifischen Programmen, sowie Routine im Erteilen von Auskünften und in der elektronischen Dokumentation
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1) sowie gute Französischkenntnisse
