Die Universitätsklinik für Frauenheilkunde des Inselspitals Bern ist ein führendes, international anerkanntes medizinisches Zentrum für Frauenheilkunde. Der Empfang ist eine Drehscheibe der Klinik! Das Sekretariat unterstützt in sämtlichen administrativen Prozessen und betreut den Hauptempfang sowie die Telefonzentrale der Klinik. In diesem sehr abwechslungsreichen Umfeld suchen wir motivierte, vertrauenswürdige und selbständige Kolleg:innen. Wir können verschiedene Pensen anbieten.

Das erwartet Sie ##

  • Mitarbeit am Hauptempfang und der Telefonzentrale der Frauenklinik und Wegleitung von Patientinnen und Besuchenden (Öffnungszeiten Mo-Fr 06:30-21:00 Uhr und Wochenenden 08:00-20:00:00 Uhr)
  • Erfassen und Verwalten von Patientendaten beim Ein- und Austritt
  • Unterstützung des Pflegepersonals und der Ärzteschaft in administrativen Anliegen
  • Bearbeiten der Anfragen von Zuweisenden, Patientinnen, Versicherungen usw.
  • Bewirtschaften der Krankengeschichten
  • Administrative Arbeiten im Bereich Geburtshilfe und Gynäkologie

Das bringen Sie mit ##

  • Kaufmännische Erfahrung, Ausbildung Arztsekretärin oder vergleichbare Aus-/Weiterbildung
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Organisationsfähigkeit, hohe Belastbarkeit
  • Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Erfahrung mit einem klinischen Informationssystem
  • Erfahrung im Spitalumfeld bevorzugt
  • Bereitschaft zu unregelmässigen Diensten (Abend- und Wochenenddienste)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse zur Verständigung
