Pour son équipe de support technique, à Sierre (VS), Eversys recherche un Coordinateur des opérations médias (H/F).

Il s'agit d'un contrat à durée indéterminée rattaché au chef d'équipe du support technique. Taux d'activité de 100 %.

Coordinateur des opérations médias - Support technique (H/F)

Responsabilités clés :

Tri et première réponse aux tickets : Soutenir l'équipe en gérant le tri initial des tickets entrants, en résolvant les demandes non techniques telles que l'identification des numéros de pièces, la documentation et les informations générales.

Administration de la télémétrie et des actifs : Assurer la gestion quotidienne des actifs dans le système de télémétrie et gérer la création et la distribution des identifiants clients.

Production vidéo et gestion de la bibliothèque : Filmer, monter et organiser des vidéos techniques "comment faire", sous la supervision de techniciens expérimentés pour garantir la précision technique.

Gestion de la base de connaissances : Maintenir la base de connaissances de l'entreprise en rédigeant et en mettant à jour les articles de support afin d'assurer l'accessibilité et l'actualité des informations.

Support opérationnel : Fournir un soutien administratif et logistique à l'équipe de formateurs et techniciens pour assurer le bon déroulement des flux de travail du département.

Ce que vous apportez :

Formation : CFC commercial avec affinité technique ou CFC technique avec intérêt pour l'administration et le contenu média.

Obligatoire : Expérience avec les logiciels de montage vidéo et la gestion de contenu.

Forte volonté de travailler avec des données techniques, des clients et des collègues.

Langues : Français C2 et anglais B2 (écrit), toute autre langue est un atout.

Compétences informatiques : À l'aise avec les outils informatiques.
