Deine Aufgabe

  • Begleitung der Lernenden von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung mit Fokus auf digitale Projekte
  • Fachliche Begleitung der Lernenden im Bereich Mediamatik
  • Übersetzung von Briefings in klare, verständliche Arbeitsaufträge
  • Planung, Durchführung und Beurteilung von Schnupperwochen und Eignungsabklärungen
  • Teilnahme an Vorstellungs- und Auswertungsgesprächen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der Lehr- und Lernumgebung innerhalb der Agentur
  • Überwiegend anleitende und koordinierende Funktion mit gelegentlicher eigener operativer Mitarbeit
  • Dokumentation von Beobachtungen und Verfassen von Bildungsberichten

Das bringst du mit

  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen in herausfordernden Lebenssituationen
  • Empathie und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mediamatiker\*in oder ein vergleichbares Profil
  • Mehrere Jahre Praxiserfahrung im digitalen Bereich
  • Routinierter Umgang mit Adobe-Programmen und Figma
  • Sicherer Umgang mit WordPress und gängigen Theme Buildern
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HTML und CSS sowie Erfahrung in der Erstellung responsiver Websites
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft, dich mit neuen Tools und Technologien auseinanderzusetzen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamgeist und Freude an einem sozialen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Videoschnittkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • JavaScript-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
