Unsere Auftraggeberin, die Gärtnerei Schwitter AG in Inwil, ist ein lebhaftes Unternehmen mit 85 grossartigen Mitarbeitenden die Pflanzen lieben. Der grösste Betrieb seiner Art in der Zentralschweiz bietet Privat- und Profikunden über 660'000 Pflanzen und einen wunderschönen Schaugarten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst vielseitige Inhalte für Online & Print, welche Kunden ansprechen und die Marke Schwitter zeitgemäss präsentieren
  • Fotos und Videos erstellst du für verschiedene Kanäle
  • Du verfasst überzeugende Texte, welche die Zielgruppen erreichen und zum Handeln motivieren
  • Du bringst Freude an Pflanzen, Garten und Natur mit und lässt diese Leidenschaft in deine Arbeit einfliessen und begeistert eine wachsende Community
  • Durch Optimierung der Inhalte für Suchmaschinen sind Sichtbarkeit und Ranking top
  • Das Marketingteam unterstützt du bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Mitarbeit bei der Planung, Organisation und erfolgreichen Durchführung von Events
  • Dank dem telefonischen Kontakt mit Kunden gewinnst du wertvolle Impulse für deine Arbeit

Dein Profil

  • Abschluss als Mediamatiker EFZ, Gestalter digitale Medien EFZ oder vergleichbarer Background
  • Social Media Tools und Trends begleiten dich schon mehrere Jahre
  • Liebe zu Kreativität und Innovation
  • Ein Auge für Details und ein Herz für grosse Ideen
  • Du überzeugst auch mit deiner technischen Kompetenz (SEO, WordPress, Photoshop, InDesign usw.)
  • Flexibler Teamplayer der Projekte aber auch selbständig vorantreiben kann
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch (C2) und Freude am Schreiben
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
