Profilo: ##

La persona che cerchiamo lavora in modo autonomo e a livello interdisciplinare, promuovendo le competenze richieste dalla funzione di Medico Capoclinica.

Requisiti necessari: ##

  • Titolo FMH in Medicina interna o di un titolo equivalente. Per medici con titoli esteri è richiesto obbligatoriamente il riconoscimento da parte della Commissione federale per le professioni mediche MEBEKO e la relativa registrazione a MedReg prima dell-inizio dell-attività.
  • Conoscenza della lingua italiana (per cui si richiede almeno il conseguimento del livello B2) con relativa registrazione a MedReg prima dell-inizio dell-attività.
  • Spirito di iniziativa; spiccate capacità relazionali e comunicative.
  • Capacità organizzative e predisposizione alla collaborazione interdisciplinare in un-ottica di miglioramento continuo dello sviluppo del dipartimento.
  • Flessibilità ed atteggiamento positivo, piacere a lavorare in un team e a collaborare a livello trasversale.
