Grazie all-impegno e alla competenza degli oltre 6-500 collaboratori e alla loro attenzione verso la relazione umana, l-EOC assicura un-assistenza sanitaria di qualità prendendosi cura di oltre 41'000 pazienti degenti all-anno e fornendo oltre 600'000 consulti ambulatoriali.

Per completare il nostro nuovo team del Servizio di Medicina del Lavoro EOC cerchiamo un/a:

Profilo: ##

La persona che cerchiamo possiede esperienza professionale ed autonomia nel campo della medicina interna generale e idealmente della medicina del lavoro. Possiede inoltre una forte motivazione, iniziativa propria e spirito di collaborazione e crede, come noi, nell'importanza della tutela della salute delle collaboratrici e i dei collaboratori di EOC. È orientata alla individuazione e gestione dei rischi legati alle attività cliniche, industriali e del lavoro in generale. Offriamo un ambiente di lavoro moderno e dinamico e la possibilità di poter lavorare con collaboratori altamente motivati e preparati.

Requisiti necessari: ##

* titolo federale di specializzazione in Medicina interna generale conformemente agli art. 20 e 21 della Legge federale sulle professioni mediche universitarie (LPMed); * per i titoli esteri è necessario il riconoscimento MEBEKO prima di iniziare l-attività all'EOC. * in alternativa (o preferibilmente in aggiunta): titolo federale di specializzazione in Medicina del lavoro conformemente agli art. 20 e 21 della Legge federale sulle professioni mediche universitarie (LPMed). Per i titoli esteri è necessario il riconoscimento MEBEKO prima di iniziare l-attività * una buona conoscenza del sistema sanitario e del sistema delle assicurazioni sociali in Svizzera * competenze nell-esecuzione di analisi di rischio sul posto di lavoro, visite mediche del lavoro ed esami preventivi in conformità con le norme di legge o disponibilità ad acquisirle * capacità di garantire il rispetto dei requisiti legali e degli standard in materia di sicurezza e tutela della salute sul lavoro * buone capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team, nonché propensione alla collaborazione con altri servizi presenti in azienda orientati alla salute e sicurezza sul lavoro * padronanza della lingua italiana (livello richiesto almeno B2) con relativa registrazione a MedReg prima dell'inizio dell'attività. Sono inoltre auspicate buone conoscenze di un-altra lingua nazionale (francese, tedesco) e dell-inglese
