Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Verainbarung eine/n engagierte/n

****Ihre Aufgaben****

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernimmst du medizinisch-administrative, organisatorische und gästeorientierte Aufgaben. Dazu gehören:

* Unsere internationalen Gäste empfängst, begleitest und betreust du im medizinischen Bereich persönlich, herzlich und diskret

* Termine, Behandlungen und Abläufe koordinierst du zwischen Gästen, Ärzten, Therapeuten, Pflege, Clinic, Front Office, Spa, Housekeeping und weiteren Hotelabteilungen

* Administrative Arbeiten wie Korrespondenz, Berichte, Briefe, Dokumentationen und die sorgfältige Pflege der jeweiligen Systeme übernimmst du zuverlässig

* Medizinische Leistungen rechnest du korrekt und sorgfältig ab

* HBOT-Behandlungen, InBody-Messungen sowie kleinere medizinische Tätigkeiten wie gelegentliche Verbandswechsel und EKGs führst du sorgfältig durch

* Für eine klare, wertschätzende und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation über Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg sorgst du im Alltag aktiv

****Ihr Profil****

Eine abgeschlossene medizinische Grundausbildung, idealerweise als Medizinische Praxisassistentin / Medizinischer Praxisassistent EFZ, ist Voraussetzung für diese Funktion. Erfahrung in einem gehobenen Dienstleistungsumfeld bildet zusätzlich die Grundlage deines Profils. Ausserdem bringst du mit:

* Ausgeprägtes Serviceverständnis und Freude an der persönlichen Betreuung internationaler Gäste

* Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse, sicheren Umgang mit Microsoft Office und idealerweise Kenntnisse in der medizinischen Abrechnung mit TARDOC

* Eine selbständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an koordinativen Aufgaben und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit

* Ein professionelles, gepflegtes und verbindliches Auftreten sowie Diskretion, Empathie, Belastbarkeit und Verbindlichkeit

* Stilsicheres Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse

* Bereitschaft, an 4 bis 5 Tagen pro Woche sowie auch Wochenende und Feiertage zu arbeiten
