Ihre Aufgaben • Planung und Organisation der Sprechstunden inkl. elektronischer Krankengeschichte • Hochstehender und empathischer Empfang und Erstbetreuung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden • Professionelle und empathische Betreuung eingehender Telefonate und Telefontriage • Bearbeitung und Koordination von E-Mails sowie digitalen To Do-Tools • Betreueung der korrekten Rechnungserstellung in unserem Praxis System • Unterstützung der Praxisorganisation sowie allgemeine administrative Aufgaben • Assistenz bei operativen Eingriffen sowie Nachbetreuung, Wundversorgung und Verbandswechsel • Sterilgutmanagement und Dokumentation der Instrumentenaufbereitung • Blutentnahmen, Laborarbeiten sowie Assistenz bei dermatologischen Untersuchungen
