Als Medizinische Praxisassistentin / Medizinischer Praxisassistent (MPA) sind Sie die erste Anlaufstelle für Patientinnen und Patienten, koordinieren Termine, assistieren bei Behandlungen und tragen maßgeblich zu einem effizienten Praxisbetrieb bei.

Unser Personalbüro für Pflege in Schwyz vermittelt qualifizierte Fachkräfte an renommierte Arztpraxen, Kliniken und medizinische Zentren. Wir suchen engagierte MPA, die mit Kompetenz und Einfühlungsvermögen zur optimalen Versorgung der Patientinnen und Patienten beitragen möchten.

Ihre Aufgaben – Mehr als nur Praxisorganisation

- Empfang und Betreuung der Patientinnen und Patienten in der Praxis

- Assistenz bei Untersuchungen und medizinischen Behandlungen

- Durchführung von Laboranalysen, Blutentnahmen und administrativen Aufgaben

- Verwaltung von Patientendaten und Dokumentation der medizinischen Behandlungen

- Koordination und Vergabe von Terminen sowie Telefonmanagement

- Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards in der Praxis

Ihr Profil – Fachwissen trifft Organisationstalent

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Praxisassistentin / Medizinischer Praxisassistent (MPA)

- Freude am Patientenkontakt und eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität

- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und organisierte Arbeitsweise

- Teamfähigkeit und hohe Sozialkompetenz im Umgang mit verschiedenen Menschen

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
