Als medizinische/r Codierer/in leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einer hochwertigen Patientenversorgung und einer transparenten, fairen Spitalfinanzierung:

  • Du codierst stationäre Fälle aus sämtlichen Fachbereichen selbständig nach SwissDRG und sicherst eine hohe Qualität sowie Genauigkeit.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Ärzten, Pflege und der Finanzabteilung zusammen und klärst medizinische sowie abrechnungstechnische Fragen proaktiv.
  • Du analysierst anspruchsvolle Codierfälle, erkennst Unklarheiten und entwickelst nachvollziehbare Lösungen.
  • Du bearbeitest Kostenträgerrückweisungen kompetent und sorgst für eine korrekte, transparente Fallbearbeitung.
  • Du bringst dein Wissen und deine Ideen ein und gestaltest Codierstandards sowie interne Prozesse aktiv mit.

Was dich auszeichnet

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der medizinischen Codierung nach SwissDRG - idealerweise mit einer Zusatzausbildung als eidgenössische/r medizinische/r Codierer/in.
  • Du bringst eine medizinische Grundausbildung mit, beispielsweise in der Pflege oder als Ärztin/Arzt.
  • Medizinische Terminologie beherrschst du sicher und komplexe medizinische Zusammenhänge kannst du fundiert beurteilen.
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, sorgfältig, selbständig und lösungs- sowie qualitätsorientiert. Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, bringst dein Fachwissen ein und schätzt den fachlichen Austausch sowie die Zusammenarbeit im Team.
  • Du bist IT-affin und verfügst über sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse, idealerweise in ID DIACOS, Business Central (BC), KISIM und MS Office.
