Gemeinsam entwickeln wir die Kodierprüfung kontinuierlich weiter und setzen neue Massstäbe in Innovation und Qualität. So sieht dein Alltag aus ##

  • Zum Herzstück: Du prüfst stationäre Leistungen über sämtliche Fachbereiche hinweg und sorgst mit deinem Fachwissen für eine korrekte Abrechnung. 
  • Mithilfe moderner Systeme identifizierst du potenziell fehlerhafte Kodierungen und bringst diese mit klaren, prägnanten Stellungnahmen zur Sprache. 
  • Du beteiligst dich aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unseres Regelwerks für die teilautomatisierte Kodierprüfung. 
  • Du behältst regulatorische und tarifliche Vorgaben stets im Blick, analysierst Trends und entwickelst daraus innovative Massnahmen. 
  • Teamgeist ist für dich selbstverständlich: Du förderst den fachlichen Austausch und trägst mit deinen Erfahrungen und Ideen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unseres Teams bei.

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Das Wichtigste zuerst: Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Grundausbildung im medizinischen oder pflegerischen Bereich - das bildet dein solides Fundament. 
  • Zusätzlich hast du eine Weiterbildung zur/zum Medizinischen Kodierer/in erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bereits Berufserfahrung in der medizinischen Kodierung gesammelt. 
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse des Schweizer Gesundheitswesens mit; Erfahrungen im Krankenversicherungs- oder Sozialversicherungsbereich sind ein grosses Plus. 
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und stilsicher auf Deutsch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich. Kenntnisse in Französisch oder Italienisch sind von Vorteil. 
  • Mit Neugier hinterfragst du bestehende Prozesse, bringst eigene Ideen ein und gestaltest Veränderungen aktiv mit.
