**DEINE AUFGABEN**

* Fachgerechte Aufbereitung, Pflege und Sterilisation der Instrumente und Materialien für den Operationsbereich * Zusammenstellen von OP-Instrumentensieben, Sets und Einzelartikeln * Bewirtschaftung und Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von sterilem und unsterilem Material * Reinigung, Bedienung und Überwachung von Maschinen und Geräten unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden Hygienevorschriften * Ausbildung und fachliche Begleitung von Auszubildenden im Bereich der Sterilisation * Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Schulungsprogrammen

**DEIN PROFIL**

* Ausbildung als Sterilisationsassistent/-in I/II oder Medizinproduktetechnologe/-technologin EFZ * Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sterilisation von Vorteil * Ausgeprägte Sozial- und Teamkompetenz * Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Selbstständige, sorgfältige und exakte Arbeitsweise * Belastbare und flexible Persönlichkeit
