Unser Kunde wünscht Technische Grundausbildung, idealerweise als Maschinenmechaniker, Polymechaniker, Feinmechaniker oder in einem vergleichbaren Beruf

  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung, beispielsweise als Qualitätsfachmann, von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung sowie in Mess- und Prüfprozessen
  • Kenntnisse in Babtec und SAP
  • Gute PC- und ERP-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere SAP und Microsoft Office
  • Gutes Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse und betriebliche Abläufe
  • Exakte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise nach definierten Vorgaben
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit

Das erwartet dich • Durchführung von Messungen und Prüfungen gemäss vorgegebenen Prüfplänen • Dokumentation von Prüfergebnissen und Qualitätsentscheidungen in Babtec • Beurteilung und Entscheidung über Annahme oder Ablehnung von Prüflosen • Durchführung von Endprüfungen an Fertigungsartikeln mit Keyence LM-X100 und IM-X1000 • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Mess- und Prüfvorgängen • Erstellung und Pflege von Prüfplänen sowie Erfassung von Messdaten in Babtec • Bearbeitung von Fehlermeldungen in Babtec • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Abstellmassnahmen auf Basis des PDCA-Prinzips • Unterstützung bei Kontrollen nach dem 4-Augen-Prinzip • Mitarbeit bei KVP, SFM, IdM und UMS-Vorgaben • Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit und Ordnung nach 5S
