Wir entwickeln und produzieren innovative High-Tech-Komponenten und -Systeme auf der Basis von Röntgen- und Hochfrequenztechnologie. Unsere Entwicklungen liefern einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einer sicheren, effizienten und nachhaltigen Produktion, Mobilität und Kommunikation.

 

In der Division Industrielle Röntgenmodule (IXM) bieten wir durch die Entwicklung intelligenter industrieller Röntgentechnologien sicherere, wirtschaftlichere und bahnbrechende Lösungen für zerstörungsfreie Prüfungen und Sicherheitsanwendungen. 

 

Das wirst du tun:

  • Planung und Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen an mechanischen Teilen und Baugruppen mit 3D-CMM sowie konventionellen Messmitteln
  • Erstellen und Optimieren von Messprogrammen für 3D-CMM
  • Erfassen, Dokumentieren und Auswerten von Messergebnissen sowie Erstellen und Pflegen von Prüfplänen und Prüfanweisungen
  • Erstellen von Non-Conformity Reports (NCR) in SAP und technische Abklärung von Abweichungen mit internen und externen Stellen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Ursachenanalyse und Qualitätsverbesserung im Austausch mit Fertigungstechnik, Produktion und Einkauf

 

Was du mitbringst:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Qualitäts- oder Messtechniker/in und praktische Erfahrung in der 3D-CMM-Messtechnik
  • Erfahrung in der Herstellung und Prüfung von mechanischen Teilen und Baugruppen, idealerweise im High-Tech-Umfeld wie Feinmechanik, Medizinaltechnik, Vakuumtechnik oder Uhrenindustrie
  • Gute Kenntnisse in ISO GPS sowie in Qualitätsmethoden wie 8D und Root Cause Analysis (RCA/RCCA)
  • Grundkenntnisse in statistischen Methoden, insbesondere Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
