Stellenbeschreibung ##

Deine Aufgaben als Messtechniker/in

  • Bedienung und Programmierung von 3D-Messmaschinen (3D)
  • Erstellung von Messprotokollen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Prüfplanung und der Auswahl geeigneter Messverfahren
  • Stichprobenentnahme aus Prototypenserien und Erstellung von Erstmusterprüfberichten (First Article Inspection Reports)
  • Verwaltung und Kalibrierung von Prüf- und Messmitteln
  • Planung neuer Prüf- und Messgeräte
  • Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmassnahmen
  • Durchführung von Prozess- und Maschinenfähigkeitsanalysen
  • Kompetente technische Ansprechpartnerin für die Entwicklungsabteilung, die Produktion sowie für Kunden und Lieferanten in Fragen der Messtechnik und Machbarkeitsstudien
  • Schulung und Unterstützung der Anwender von 3D-Messmaschinen

Wir erwarten ##

Deine Qualifikationen als Messtechniker/in

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung (Feinmechanikerin, Polymechanikerin oder gleichwertige Ausbildung)
  • Weiterbildung zur Qualitäts- und Messtechnikerin (AUKOM)
  • Kenntnisse in der Programmierung von 3D-Messmaschinen (PC-DMIS)
  • Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im Bereich der 3D-Messtechnik
  • Kenntnisse in SPC, ISO GPS oder Qualitätsmanagement sind von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, präzise und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Hervorragendes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen, große Sorgfalt und hohes berufliches Engagement
  • Zuverlässige, gewissenhafte und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Fähigkeit zum Lesen und Interpretieren technischer Zeichnungen
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache oder sehr gute Französischkenntnisse mit präzisem schriftlichem und mündlichem Ausdruck
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichem Pikettdienst
  • Schulung und Unterstützung der Anwender von 3D-Messmaschinen
