Zur Verstärkung des Teams in der Werkstatt Aluminium suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen versierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), der sich im Systembau für Fenster und Türen auskennt. Die Vakanz soll vorerst auf Basis einer befristeten Anstellung in der Kalenderwoche 33 besetzt werden, bei einer erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit streben wir jedoch eine Festanstellung an. Das Unternehmen steht seit mehr als 80 Jahren für erstklassige Qualität und innovative Lösungen im Bereich der Aluminium-Fenster und -Türen. Wir arbeiten eng mit namhaften Herstellern wie Reynaers, Wicpona und Schüco zusammen, um unseren Kunden individuelle und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu bieten. Stellenbeschreibung ##

Als Systembau Experte (m/w/d) für Aluminium-Fenster und -Türen übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle in unserer Werkstatt. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Planlesen und Umsetzung technischer Zeichnungen im Bereich der Aluminium-Fenster und -Türen
  • Montage und Zusammenbau von Fenster- und Türelementen nach den Vorgaben der Hersteller (Reynaers, Wicpona oder Schüco)
  • Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards und Einhaltung der Fertigungsrichtlinien
  • Überwachung des Materialbestands und Organisation der Materialbeschaffung
  • Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen und Werkzeuge

Wir erwarten ##

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als EBA (Eidgenössisches Berufsattest) oder EFZ (Eidgenössisches Fähigkeitszeugnis) im Bereich Metallbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Systembau von Aluminium-Fenster und -Türen, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in den Systemen Reynaers, Wicpona oder Schüco
  • Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit und eine hohe Motivation, sich in einem dynamischen Umfeld einzubringen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, um Arbeitsanweisungen und Dokumentationen zu verstehen
