Stellenbeschreibung ##

Je nach Fähigkeiten und Wünschen arbeiten Sie aktiv in einer Abteilungen mit und stellen dort Ihr Metzgerhandwerk unter Beweis. Mögliche Abteilungen sind die Portionierung, die Produktion SB oder die Zerlegerei. In allen Abteilungen sorgen Sie für das Einhalten der hohen Qualitätsvorgaben, der Hygienevorschriften, sowie den der Schnittspezifikationen und der Rückverfolgbarkeit. Sie erfüllen weitere Aufgaben im Rahmen Ihrer Metzgerkompetenzen im Auftrag des Führungsverantwortlichen.

Wir erwarten ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Metzger:in, Fleischfachmann:frau, Koch:Köchin o.ä.
  • Offenheit zur Schichtarbeit (2-Schichtbetrieb, je nach Abteilung)
  • Sie sind zudem motiviert, sich rasch in ein neues Aufgabenbereich einzuarbeiten und das Umfeld in einem Grossbetrieb kennenzulernen
  • Deutsch- oder Französischkenntnisse sind zwingend notwendig
