Microsoft 365 Engineer (m/w) 80-100% #

In dieser vielseitigen und anspruchsvollen Funktion sind Sie für die Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb der Microsoft-365-Plattform verantwortlich. Sie verbinden moderne Cloud-Technologien mit Automatisierung, Security, Governance und einem optimalen Benutzererlebnis. Dabei entwickeln Sie die digitale Arbeitsumgebung kontinuierlich weiter und stellen einen stabilen, sicheren und effizienten Plattformbetrieb sicher. Wir haben jede Menge spannender Aufgaben für Sie:

  • Sie betreiben und entwickeln die Microsoft-365-Plattform mit Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online und OneDrive weiter
  • Sie automatisieren M365-Prozesse und Deployments mit PowerShell, Graph API und Azure Automation
  • Sie entwickeln Governance-, Compliance- und Betriebsstandards für die M365-Services
  • Sie arbeiten bei Identity- und Access-Management-Themen rund um Entra ID mit
  • Sie entwickeln die Power Platform mit Power Apps und Power Automate gezielt weiter
  • Sie implementieren und betreiben Security- und Compliance-Funktionen wie DLP, Conditional Access und Defender
  • Sie beraten Fachbereiche und IT-Teams und unterstützen diese dabei, Microsoft 365 effizient und standardisiert einzusetzen

Um in dieser anspruchsvollen Position erfolgreich zu sein, verfügen Sie über:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Microsoft-365-, Cloud-Engineering- oder IT-Operations-Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft-365-Kernservices wie Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online und OneDrive
  • Erfahrung mit Automatisierung und Scripting, insbesondere PowerShell und Graph API
  • Gute Kenntnisse in M365 Governance, Security und Compliance
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Entra ID sowie Identity & Access Management
  • Verständnis für DevOps-Prinzipien und moderne Betriebsmodelle im Plattformbetrieb
  • Eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
