Deine RolleAls Microsoft Power Platform Engineer erweiterst du unser ERP-Ökosystem rund um Business Central mit Power Apps, Power Automate und Power BI. Du verbindest Business Central mit weiteren Systemen, automatisierst Geschäftsprozesse und baust Lösungen, die unseren Kunden und uns selbst die tägliche Arbeit erleichtern. Deine Hauptaufgaben als Power Platform Engineer umfassen: Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Tools (D365 Sales und Hubdrive HR)  Du konzipierst und entwickelst Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) für Kunden und interne Anwendungen Du automatisierst Geschäftsprozesse mit Power Automate und verknüpfst sie mit Business Central und Dataverse Du baust Power BI Reports und Dashboards für Kunden und für interne Auswertungen Du entwickelst und pflegst Schnittstellen zwischen der Power Platform, Business Central und Drittsystemen Du testest deine Lösungen und gewährleistest deren Qualität vor dem produktiven Einsatz Du berätst unsere Kunden dabei, wie sie ihre Geschäftsprozesse mit PowerApps optimal umsetzen Bei Kundenprojekten arbeitest du eng mit unseren Consultants und dem Entwicklerteam zusammen Deine Rolle im TeamDu entwirfst gemeinsam mit dem Projektteam Automatisierungs- und App-Konzepte auf Basis der Kundenanforderungen und bist aktiv in die technische Umsetzung eingebunden. Dabei achtest du auf eine saubere Architektur und Performance deiner Lösungen. Als technische Ansprechperson für Power-Platform-Themen bringst du dich in die Projektplanung ein, dokumentierst deine Lösungen sauber und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Übergang in den produktiven Betrieb. Zudem entwickelst du intern unsere D365 Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den entsprechenden Abteilungsleitern weiter (D365 Sales & Hubdrive HR)  Das bringst du mit Tiefgehende Erfahrung in der Entwicklung mit Power Apps, Power Automate und/oder Power BI Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Kenntnisse in Dataverse Grundkenntnisse in der Integration von Systemen über APIs und Konnektoren Freude an neuen Technologien und Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Lösungsorientierung Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Was wir dir bieten Bis zu 4 Tage Homeoffice pro Woche Moderne Büros in Rapperswil-Jona für unsere Jour-Fixes und den persönlichen Austausch Ergonomischer Arbeitsplatz - sowohl im Büro als auch im Homeoffice Finanzieller Beitrag für dein Homeoffice-Setup Gemeinsame Events und Teamaktivitäten Beiträge an dein Fitness-Abo 5 Wochen Ferien, flexibel erweiterbar auf bis zu 10 Wochen pro Jahr
