Die Hochschule Luzern – Rektorat und Hochschuldienste unterstützt mit ihren Abteilungen die sechs Departemente Technik \& Architektur, Wirtschaft, Informatik, Soziale Arbeit, Design Film Kunst sowie Musik im Hochschulbetrieb und organisiert und wirkt vielseitig mit. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Sie per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung als Microsoft Workplace Engineer 80 \- 100% Ihre Aufgaben Als Workplace Engineer treiben Sie die Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Arbeitsumgebung aktiv voran und stellen den reibungslosen Betrieb moderner Arbeitsplatzlösungen sicher. Sie optimieren die IT\-Security in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Cybersecurity\-Team. Installation und Konfiguration von Desktop\-Virtualisierungslösungen gehören zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben. Sie automatisieren Prozesse mittels PowerShell und steigern so die Effizienz.\- Planung und Umsetzung von Hardware\- und Software\-Rollouts. Sie übernehmen 2nd/3rd Level Support im Clientbereich und wirken aktiv in Projekten sowie Teilprojekten mit. Ihr Profil Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Informatikausbildung (FH/HF oder gleichwertig). Sie bringen mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in grösseren IT\-Umgebungen mit Schwerpunkt Client Management mit. Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Gruppenrichtlinien (MDM/GPO) sowie gute Kenntnisse in Azure und Intune zeichnen Sie aus. Sie verfügen über Erfahrung mit SCCM/MEMCM sowie in der Installation und Administration von Virtualisierungslösungen, idealerweise VMware vSphere. Sehr gute PowerShell\-Scripting\-Kenntnisse und solides Know\-how im ITSM\-Umfeld runden Ihr fachliches Profil ab. Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1\) und arbeiten kunden\-, prozess\- und lösungsorientiert; Microsoft Windows Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil.
