Aufgaben ###

  • Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft der Wertschriftenadministration
  • Tägliche Abstimmung und Reconciliation mit Depotbanken sowie Klärung von Differenzen
  • Verbuchung von Wertschriftentransaktionen, Corporate Actions, Derivaten, Repos und Cash-Transaktionen
  • Ansprechpartner für interne Stakeholder bei Fragen rund um Wertschriftenadministration und Transaktionsverarbeitung
  • Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Halbjahres- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Unterstützung im Fund Accounting inklusive NAV-Berechnungen und Fondsbuchungen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer und gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Unterstützung bei laufenden Migrations- und Transformationsthemen

Profil ###

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung im Banken-, Finanz- oder Asset-Management-Umfeld oder vergleichbare betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Back Office oder Middle Office eines Finanzdienstleisters
  • Erfahrung in Wertschriftenadministration, Custody und/oder Settlement
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Finanzinstrumenten wie Aktien, Obligationen, Derivaten und alternativen Anlagen
  • Erfahrung im Fund Accounting oder in der Fondsadministration von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse von SimCorp Dimension und/oder Aladdin sind wünschenswert
  • Strukturierte, präzise und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, analytisches Denkvermögen und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
