Mission étudiant : archivage de plans techniques =================================================

A propos du rôle

Vous serez responsable de la numérisation et de l'organisation de l'ensemble des plans d'infrastructure historiques. Vous travaillerez de manière autonome pour assurer l'accessibilité et la pérennité de ces données techniques.

Nous vous proposons Une mission temporaire hautement flexible (100% sur 1,5 mois ou 40% sur 3 mois), idéale pour un profil étudiant ou junior.

Tâches -------

Prise en charge globale de l'indexation, de la numérisation et du classement de plans techniques d'infrastructure.

  • Numériser les documents physiques
  • Classer et archiver les plans techniques d'ouvrages
  • Créer et structurer une bibliothèque de plans sur Microsoft Sharepoint
  • Développer une macro sur Copilot pour optimiser la recherche de documents

Nous cherchons

  • Bonnes connaissances en lecture de plans techniques (structures, ferraillage)
  • Maîtrise de l'outil Microsoft Sharepoint
  • Formation en cours ou achevée en Génie Civil (HES, ES, École d'ingénieurs ou Dessinateur/trice)

Un atout si vous possédez

* Notions en écriture de macros (Copilot)
