Du gestaltest einen liebevollen, sicheren und entwicklungsfördernden Alltag für die Kinder. Du planst und setzt altersgerechte Aktivitäten und Förderangebote um. Du arbeitest eng mit den Eltern zusammen und führst regelmässig Elterngespräche. Du stellst die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards und pädagogischen Konzepte sicher. Du beobachtest und dokumentierst die Entwicklung der Kinder. Was solltest Du mitbringen?
