Der Erlebnishof empfängt jedes Jahr Tausende von begeisterten Besucher\*innen. An bester Lage mit der schönsten Aussicht im Züri Oberland wird hier nachhaltige Landwirtschaft erlebbar. Das HofRestaurant bietet saisonale Produkte in Selbstbedienung, in der HofBäckerei wird das Brot von Hand gebacken und in den Hofläden verkaufen wir unsere selbstgemachten Produkte. Events und Seminare bis zu 400 Personen finden auf dem Hof statt, ebenso wie die legendäre Kürbisausstellung jeden Herbst. Hast du Lust, mit uns Landwirtschaftsgeschichte zu schreiben? Dann werde Teil der Farm Familie! Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per 1\. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine\n Bäcker\in – Konditor\*in 80% mit Schwerpunkt Bäckerei (inkl. Nacht). Was dich erwartet In unserer Bäckerei\-Konditorei auf dem Juckerhof stellst du den täglichen Bedarf für unsere Gastronomie, Events und Standorte her. Dazu gehört die Produktion von Brot, Kleinbrot und Gebäck für all unsere Standorte. Du produzierst für die Tagesgastronomie sowie für Events und stellst eine konstant gute Qualität unserer Produkte sicher und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Buffets im Restaurant jederzeit einladend und vollständig aufgefüllt sind. Rezepte, Arbeitsabläufe und eine saubere Arbeitsweise sind für dich nicht Nebensache, sondern die Basis für gute Produkte. Allgemeine Reinigungsarbeiten, kleinere administrative Tätigkeiten sowie das Entgegennehmen von Lieferungen und Mithilfe in der Konditorei gehören zu deinem Alltag dazu. Du arbeitest selbstständig, denkst mit und hast Lust, die Zukunft unserer Bäckerei\-Konditorei aktiv mitzugestalten. Als 24/7\-Betrieb bieten wir unseren Kundinnen und Kunden täglich frische Produkte an. Daher setzen wir eine entsprechende Flexibilität sowie die Bereitschaft zu variablen Arbeitseinsätzen, auch in der Nacht, voraus. Was du mitbringst Du hast eine abgeschlossene Lehre als Bäcker\in\-Konditor\in EFZ/EBA und bringst Freude am Handwerk mit. Du bist auf deine Arbeit, verwöhnst gerne Gäste und hast ein Auge für Qualität, Frische und eine schöne Präsentation. Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist kommunikativ und packst dort an, wo es dich gerade braucht. Gleichzeitig kannst du selbstständig arbeiten (alleine in der Nacht), denkst mit und bringst gerne eigene Ideen ein. Du hast eine rasche Auffassungsgabe und behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn es im Betrieb lebhaft wird. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
