Du suchst du eine sinnstiftende Tätigkeit, bei der du Menschen ermöglichst, länger selbstbestimmt in ihrem Zuhause zu leben?

Im Bereich Home \& Care bist du nah am Menschen: Du unterstützt im Haushalt, begleitest im Alltag und trägst dazu bei, dass unsere Kundinnen und Kunden weiterhin in ihrem gewohnten Umfeld leben können.

DEINE AUFGABEN ==============

  • Du sorgst dafür, dass sich unsere Kundinnen und Kunden zu Hause wohlfühlen und lange selbstbestimmt in ihrem vertrauten Umfeld leben können. Der Hauptteil deiner Arbeit ist die Haushaltsführung (Unterhaltsreinigung/Wochenkehr). Dazu gehören die Reinigung der Wohnräume und Badezimmer, die Wäschepflege, das Schaffen von Ordnung sowie gelegentlich einfache Aufgaben wie Pflanzen giessen oder Haustiere versorgen.
  • Zusätzlich begleitest du unsere Kundinnen und Kunden manchmal im Alltag, zum Beispiel durch persönliche Gespräche oder indem du sie bei diversen kleinen Aktivitäten unterstützt.
  • Du arbeitest in unterschiedlichen Haushalten und gehst respektvoll sowie offen mit den verschiedenen Lebens\- und Wohnsituationen unserer Kundinnen und Kunden um.
  • Du dokumentierst deine erbrachten Dienstleistungen und Beobachtungen elektronisch in unserem System Perigon \- einfach und verständlich.

DU BRINGST MIT ==============

  • Berufserfahrung im Dienstleistungsbereich (z.B. Hauswirtschaft, Gastronomie) oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in diesem Bereich
  • Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau B2\) sowie die Fähigkeit, Schweizerdeutsch zu verstehen
  • Abgeschlossener Lehrgang Hauswirtschaft und Betreuung oder Basiskurs als Haushelfer/\-in von Vorteil
  • Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Zuverlässigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit elektronischen Geräten und Bereitschaft, diese weiterzuentwickeln
