Denn ihre Talente, ihre Vielfalt und ihr Engagement sind entscheidend für unsere Innovationskraft und unseren Erfolg Das sind Ihre Aufgaben: Selbstständige und professionelle Auftragsabwicklung von A–Z in Dynamics 365 und Salesforce Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung unserer Kunden aus dem medizinischen Fachhandel in Deutsch, ösisch und Italienisch Sicherstellung einer professionellen Kundenkommunikation – sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute bis muttersprachliche ösischkenntnisse sind für diese Funktion zentral; Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil Bearbeitung von Bestellungen, Retouren, Reklamationen sowie anspruchsvollen Spezialfällen Fachgerechte Abwicklung von Aufträgen im Rund\- und Flachstrickbereich Koordination und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Aussendienst sowie internen Schnittstellen wie Logistik, Produktion und weiteren Fachbereichen Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung unserer Prozesse Das bringen Sie mit: Kaufmännische oder medizinische Grundausbildung (z.B.
