Deine Aufgaben:

  • Teileverfügbarkeit sicherstellen: Du bestellst, disponierst und bewirtschaftest Ersatzteile bei Herstellern und Lieferanten
  • Lagerbewirtschaftung: Wareneingang, Kontrolle, Einlagerung und Kommissionierung – sauber erfasst im System
  • Teiledienst \& Beratung: Du bist Ansprechperson für Mechaniker und Kundschaft rund um Ersatzteile für Busse, Lastwagen und Transporter
  • Inventur \& Bestandspflege: Du wirkst bei Inventuren mit und hältst die Bestände aktuell
  • Retouren \& Garantiefälle: Du wickelst diese nachvollziehbar ab und dokumentierst sie sauber
  • Mitarbeit im Kundendienst und am Empfang: du nimmst Anliegen entgegen, koordinierst mit der Werkstatt und bist ein freundliches Gesicht für unsere Kundschaft

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Detailhandelsfachmann EFZ After Sales im Automobilbereich, Logistiker EFZ oder gleichwertige Qualifikation ( Automobilfachmann EFZ/Automobilmechatroniker EFZ) mit Erfahrung in der Ersatzteillogistik
  • Erfahrung im Ersatzteilwesen oder in der Lagerlogistik, idealerweise im Nutzfahrzeug\- oder Automobilbereich von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Warenwirtschafts\-/ERP\-Systemen und MS Office
  • Zuverlässige, selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamplayer mit Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Führerausweis Kat. B erforderlich, Staplerausweis von Vorteil
