Deine Aufgaben ##

  • Du unterstützt Bewohnende bei der Grundpflege und bei Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens, zum Beispiel beim Essen und Trinken, bei der Haushaltsführung, bei der Tagesstruktur und Alltagsorganisation sowie bei Freizeit- und sozialen Aktivitäten.
  • Als Bezugsperson begleitest du Bewohnende in ihrer persönlichen Entwicklung und koordinierst ihre individuelle Unterstützung und Pflege.
  • Du beobachtest den Gesundheitszustand der Bewohnenden aufmerksam und gibst relevante Veränderungen an die zuständigen Fachpersonen weiter.
  • Du misst im Rahmen deiner Kompetenzen Vitalzeichen, unterstützt bei prophylaktischen Massnahmen und tätigst den Einkauf von Pflegeartikeln.
  • Du dokumentierst Pflege- und Betreuungsleistungen sorgfältig gemäss internen Vorgaben.
  • Du wirkst aktiv an einer guten Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität sowie an der Weiterentwicklung des Wohnalltags im Panoramablick mit.

Dein Profil ##

  • Zertifikat Pflegehelfer:in SRK, Abschluss als Assistent:in Gesundheit und Soziales EBA
  • Freude an der Begleitung und Pflege von Menschen mit Behinderungen.
  • Wertschätzende, empathische und ressourcenorientierte Haltung.
  • Gute Beobachtungsgabe, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
  • Teamgeist, Flexibilität und lösungsorientiertes Handeln in wechselnden Situationen.
