Arbeitsort: Basel (Homeoffice möglich) Pensum: 100% Eintritt: per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Für ein schweizweit tätiges Unternehmen der Immobiliendienstleistungen mit über 700 Mitarbeitenden suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit im Application Support. Du betreust die zentralen Fachapplikationen und begleitest die Anwenderinnen und Anwender. Deine Aufgaben: Du stellst den Applikationssupport im 1st und 2nd Level für GaraioREM sowie für den Kreditoren-Workflow sicher. Du priorisierst Störungen und Anfragen nach ihrer Auswirkung und sicherst eine hohe Servicequalität. Du begleitest Anfragen bis zur Lösung und kommunizierst klar mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen, unter anderem auf Französisch. Du aktualisierst die Dokumentation und stellst die Einhaltung der Prozesse sicher. Du führst interne Schulungen auf Französisch durch und unterstützt bei der Einführung und Nutzung der Tools. Du arbeitest bei Weiterentwicklungsprojekten des ERP-Systems und der angrenzenden Umsysteme mit. Dein Profil: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder IT-Ausbildung bzw. eine gleichwertige Ausbildung Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Applikationssupport, User Support oder in der fortgeschrittenen Nutzung eines ERP-Systems Kenntnisse im Immobilienbereich, insbesondere in der Immobilienbuchhaltung, von Vorteil Exakte, selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, GREM); Erfahrung mit einem Ticketing-Tool wie Jira von Vorteil Fliessendes Französisch in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse Deine Benefits: Eine vielseitige Aufgabe mit viel Eigenverantwortung und Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten Ein teamorientiertes Arbeitsumfeld mit familiärem Flair Gute Anstellungsbedingungen und ein moderner Arbeitsplatz Flexible Arbeitszeitgestaltung und Homeoffice Arbeitsort in deiner Nähe dank 24 Standorten in der ganzen Schweiz
