Deshalb suchen wir für ein modernes Industrieunternehmen einen Mitarbeiter AVOR, der Produktionsaufträge effizient koordiniert und den Überblick über Kapazitäten sowie Liefertermine behält.

Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Aufträge im ERP erfassen, priorisieren und für die Fertigung einplanen
  • Kapazitätsengpässe identifizieren und gemeinsam mit den zuständigen Stellen geeignete Lösungen erarbeiten
  • Maschinenbelegung, Materialverfügbarkeit und personelle Ressourcen in die Planung einbeziehen
  • Den Fortschritt der Fertigungsaufträge verfolgen und bei Abweichungen frühzeitig Massnahmen einleiten
  • Eine nachvollziehbare und umsetzbare Planung für die Produktion sicherstellen
  • An regelmässigen Abstimmungen zur Koordination der Produktionsabläufe mitwirken
  • Produktionsdaten sowie Terminpläne laufend überprüfen und an aktuelle Anforderungen anpassen

Ihr Profil ##

  • Eine abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung als Kunststofftechnologe, Polymechaniker oder eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Erfahrung in einem Produktions-, Logistik- oder Industrieumfeld
  • Verständnis für industrielle Produktionsabläufe und Fertigungsprozesse
  • Erfahrung in der Produktionsplanung, Produktionssteuerung oder Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Klare und professionelle Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität bei wechselnden Anforderungen
