Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fertigungssteuerung einer 3\- / 4\-Schichtfertigung
  • Auslösung, Buchung und Nachverfolgung von Produktionsaufträgen
  • Kapazitäts\- und Ressourcenplanung
  • Erstellung von Kalkulationen / Nachkalkulationen (Produktionscontrolling)
  • Koordination und Verantwortung im Änderungsprozess
  • Laufende Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsplänen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Prozessbeschreibungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Fehleranalysen
  • Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen und Durchführung von Schulungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit vor\- und nachgelagerten Stellen, Pflege von Stammdaten in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
  • Teilnahme am täglichen Shopfloor\-Management

Wir erwarten

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung / Produktionsplanung erwünscht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP\-Systemen (idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohes Engagement
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe Sozialkompetenz
