Die Abteilung Andermatt Reuss Operations ist für den technischen Unterhalt der Infrastruktur sowie die Betreuung unserer Eigentumswohnungen verantwortlich. Damit unsere Gäste und Eigentümer:innen jederzeit höchste Qualität erleben, suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unser Team verstärkt. Das kannst du bewegen Wartung, Instandhaltung und kleinere Reparaturen an technischen Anlagen, Einrichtungen und Geräten in unseren Apartmenthäusern sowie in Gastro\- und Gewerbeflächen Behebung technischer Störungen und Organisation der entsprechenden Massnahmen Überwachung und Kontrolle der Leistungen externer Dienstleister Koordination von Service\- und Wartungseinsätzen Unterstützung bei der Pflege und dem Unterhalt unserer Aussenanlagen Mitarbeit im Bereich Logistik sowie Unterstützung beim Winterdienst Das bringst du mit Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Sanitär oder Elektro Berufserfahrung im technischen Unterhalt, Facility Management oder als Hauswart:in Freude an praktischer Arbeit und Interesse an technischen Anlagen Erfahrung mit CAFM\-Systemen (z. B.
