Dann erwartet dich hier eine vielseitige temporäre Aufgabe im Bereich Glasfaserkabel, bei der du Produktionsanlagen bedienst, Qualitätsprüfungen durchführst und mit deiner sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise zur termingerechten Auslieferung hochwertiger Produkte beiträgst.

Am Standort Herisau AR werden anspruchsvolle Produkte im Bereich Glasfasertechnik hergestellt, geprüft und für die Auslieferung vorbereitet. Unser Kunde wünscht • Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Grundausbildung von Vorteil • Erfahrung in einem Produktions- oder Industriebetrieb • Erfahrung im Bedienen von Produktionsanlagen von Vorteil • Technisches Verständnis und gute Auffassungsgabe • Sorgfältige, selbstständige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise • Analytisches Denkvermögen und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen • Teamfähige, zuverlässige und belastbare Persönlichkeit • Gute körperliche Verfassung für das Handling von Kabelspulen • Freude an präzisem Arbeiten und technischen Prüfprozessen

Das erwartet dich • Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von Produktionsanlagen im Bereich Glasfaserkabel • Bereitstellen und Kontrollieren der benötigten Materialien gemäss Produktionsauftrag • Überwachung des laufenden Produktionsprozesses • Durchführung von Prozesskorrekturen bei Bedarf • Durchführung von Selbstkontrollen während der Produktion • Qualitätsprüfungen während des Produktionsprozesses • Endkontrolle von Glasfaserkabeln mittels Mess- und Prüfverfahren • Durchführung von OTDR-Messungen und weiteren Prüfungen • Freigabe oder Sperrung von Produkten gemäss Qualitätsvorgaben • Erstellung und Dokumentation von Prüf- und Messergebnissen • Erstellung von Werksprüfzeugnissen • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Ablieferung geprüfter Produkte an Lager oder Spedition • Verwaltung und Überwachung von Prüfmitteln • Mitarbeit bei Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz • Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
